Delivery:

• Delivery from 10am to 1pm, 12pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm
• Specific 1 hour delivery add on $15( within 10am to 6pm )
• Additional $8 fees required for cbd, town, hotel, Sentosa and tuas.

Note* : 

• A balloon colour chart and design chart is available for reference—sending a sample photo is highly recommended for colour and design matching.
• A design draft will be provided for your approval.
